Fast forward 15 years, and I’m rediscovering that childhood passion with a new twist: sourdough. I’ve fallen in love with long-fermented cookies and breads, tangy wild yeast, and all the simple, wholesome ingredients that make every bite feel like a little celebration.
At Leaven & Layer, I get to blend nostalgia, creativity, and a little bit of magic into everything I bake. From cakes and cupcakes to cookies and artisan bread, every treat is a nod to my inner child and hopefully a little moment of joy for you too.
Young me would be beyond thrilled and honestly, so am I.
