All orders must be placed through our website using the available checkout process. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise specified. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
2. Order Fulfillment and Final Sales
All sales are final once the fulfillment process has started.
Order fulfillment begins when we start preparing or baking your products.
Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once baking or preparation has begun. This policy helps us avoid waste and covers the cost of ingredients and labor already committed to your order.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request if fulfillment has not yet started.
3. Delivery and Pickup
We offer local pickup only as displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup information. We are not responsible for incorrect information missed pickup times but if you contact us we will do our best to schedule another pickup time.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to make it right.
